We first met Peter when I replied to a “Own your own home” ad in the local newspaper.

I was very impressed with his professionalism and how he explained how the whole system worked. Once I spoke it over with my partner, we decided to complete the paperwork and get ‘qualified to find a suitable house’ We sent the information to AVENUE HOMES and Peter replied within 48 hours, saying yes and exactly what price we could afford. He even arranged a good Real Estate Agent to work with us to find a house that we loved within our price bracket.

Once we did that Peter completed the deal and we moved into our new home within a few weeks.

It was wonderful to be able to stop renting and knowing whatever work we did on our place we would gain the benefits.

Within 18 months, we had the property revalued and bought Peter out of his contract with us and now he have a regular bank loan. Within 18 months, the property had gone up in value by $50,000 and without the help of AVENUE HOMES, we would still be renting and finding it harder to save to make a deposit.
